The Rodizio was the first Brazilian restaurant to open in Spain. In Barcelona it is unique in its speciality of Brazilian barbequed food.
There are more than 40 different options, including exotic salads, sushi and sashimi; palm hearts and asparagus; taramosalata and hummus. Smoked salmon and fish carpaccio, vegetable and prawn tempura, salmorejo or gazpacho cold soups, king prawns and marinated foods.
Hot starters such as noodle dishes, sautéed wild mushrooms, grilled vegetables, risotto, deep-fried delicacies, soups, pulses, fideua, rice dishes and paella.
The Rodizio also boasts a wide selection of 12 types of meat, prepared according to the traditional recipes. From cupim, ox picaña , leg of young lamb, garlic alcatra, loin with cheese, roasted suckling pig and Iberian pork loin, amongst others.
There is a wide variety of desserts with tropic fruit juices and milk shakes, milk caramel dessert, mango sorbet, passion fruit mousse, quindim or coconut egg custard and homemade cakes and pastries.
